1) Application-only service

LinkBridge is a Canada-based link provider focused on safety, transparency, and responsible use. Access is granted only after application review and approval. Submission does not guarantee approval.

2) Eligibility and accuracy

  • You represent you are acting on behalf of a business and have authority to bind it.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information in applications and communications.
  • We may request verification to confirm your business, identity, or use case.

3) Acceptable use

  • No phishing, scams, impersonation, or misleading redirects.
  • No malware distribution, exploitation, or harmful content delivery.
  • No spam or abusive bulk messaging in violation of applicable law.
  • No attempts to bypass controls, monitoring, or restrictions.

4) Suspension and termination

We may disable links or suspend/terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, presents risk, or required verification is not provided.

5) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Bridge Inc. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to CAD $100.

7) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian law. Exclusive jurisdiction is in Toronto, Ontario.
